Esports Discussion at PlayNormal Esports

The following is from my discussion at PlayNormal Esports on 6-25-19. I had an open discussion with a group of kids who were participating at a Fortnite camp.

This is a simple guide and does not go into full detail. There are many variables that are not discussed in the content below.

Goals for a successful esports player in middle and high school:

  • Practice
  • Compete
  • Collaborate and be a good team player
  • Exercise and physical training
  • Eat well
  • Get proper hours of sleep
